1. Use License

3. Credit System

ArtiverseHub AI uses a flexible, credit-based system. New users receive complimentary credits at signup. Each tool or model has its own credit cost, detailed on the pricing page. You may purchase more credits at any time through subscriptions or one-time packs.

4. Subscriptions

We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans, billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. A valid payment method is required and authorizes us to process recurring charges. More details are available on the pricing page.

5. Fee Changes

ArtiverseHub AI reserves the right to update subscription and credit prices at any time. Changes take effect with the next billing cycle. Continued use indicates your acceptance of new rates. Refunds may be requested within 3 days of purchase if eligible under usage limits: - 5 image generations, - 3 video generations. Refunds are adjusted for used credits and fees, and processed within 7 business days.

6. Refunds

Subscription refunds are available within 3 days of purchase if usage remains under these limits: - 5 image generations, - 3 video generations. Refunds are reduced by consumed credits and payment processing fees, and are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

7. Accounts

By creating an ArtiverseHub AI account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Account sharing is prohibited. You are responsible for your credentials and should notify us immediately of any security concerns. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The technology, AI models, and algorithms powering ArtiverseHub AI are proprietary. The platform and its code are not open-source. All platform rights are reserved by Artiversehub Ltd.

10. Commercial Use of Content
